Jeff Sinko | Chief Legal Officer
Jeff leads the LighthouseAI Advisory Group and brings more than 20 years of in-house legal leadership in pharmacy and healthcare. He earned his BS in Pharmacy from Rutgers and his JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
Jeff spent more than nine years at CVS Health as Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, Pharmacy Regulatory. He previously held senior legal roles at DaVita Rx and Medco, and most recently served as Chief Legal Officer at Hazel Health.
Mark Johnston, RPh, DPh (hon.) | Regulatory Advisor
Mark brings experience on both sides of pharmacy regulation, having led a state board of pharmacy and directed regulatory affairs for one of the nation's largest pharmacy chains.
He served as Executive Director of the Idaho State Board of Pharmacy and spent six years on the NABP Executive Committee representing District 7. He later served as Executive Director of Pharmacy Regulatory Affairs at CVS Health. He also taught pharmacy law at Idaho State University and received Idaho's Bowl of Hygeia Award.
Richard Palombo, RPh, DPh, PharmD | Regulatory Advisor
Richard is a former President of NABP and a licensed pharmacist in New Jersey, where he served on the New Jersey State Board of Pharmacy for more than 20 years.
He served on NABP's Executive Committee from 2004 to 2010, including terms as President and Chair. He also chaired NABP's Committee on Law Enforcement and its Task Force on Medication Synchronization. He previously served as Senior Director of Pharmacy Regulatory Affairs at Express Scripts and founded The Palombo Group.
