Effective July 22, 2026, Vermont accepts NCDQS accreditation for virtual manufacturer licensing.
On July 22, 2026, the Vermont Board of Pharmacy unanimously voted to approve the National Coalition for Drug Quality and Security (NCDQS) as an inspection and accreditation provider for virtual manufacturers.
The Board’s decision is effective immediately and is applicable to all resident and non-resident virtual manufacturers seeking to obtain or renew licensure in Vermont. As a trusted partner of the Vermont Board of Pharmacy, NCDQS has been a longstanding board-approved provider of inspection and accreditation services to wholesalers (both traditional and virtual), third-party logistics providers, and medical gas suppliers. NCDQS now also provides these services to virtual manufacturers.
